Evaluations are available from a Rehabilitation Physician, Physical Therapist and Psychologist before a multi-disciplinary treatment plan is implemented. Physician referrals are welcomed to the center. Referring physicians are encouraged to remain involved in the patient’s care and it is expected that all patients will return to follow-up with the referring physician. While being evaluated and treated in our pain management program, however, we generally prefer to exclusively manage the prescription of any opioid medications, until we can return the patient to their primary care physician.
